Peter Georgescu, former CEO of Young & Rubicam, joins us to discuss his book, Capitalists Arise!: End Economic Inequality, Grow the Middle Class, Heal the Nation. Georgescu came to the United States as a refugee at age 9 in 1953. He argues that in today’s economy, where wealth inequality is growing and the middle class is shrinking, success stories like his don't seem possible. Georgescu examines the reasons behind why our economy is stagnant, and how business leaders can reboot it by investing in employees and community members.
